Enjoy a small-group Pilates class designed to build strength, stability, and control. Classes primarily use the reformer, with the option to incorporate equipment such as the Stability Chair and jump boards for a more dynamic, full-body Pilates workout.
Each class is 50 minutes and limited to just 4 reformers, creating a boutique studio experience with personalized instruction and plenty of teacher attention.
Private sessions are required before joining group classes for clients with injuries or specific conditions.
