50 min Pilates Reformer, mat and props class for women who are pregnant, postpartum or are wanting to focus on healing any diastasis recti.

As a prenatal and postnatal Pilates teacher, I'll take care of you and offer many modifications for your body. You must have been cleared to begin light exercising.
