Hi, I’m Kai.
I’m the founder of Pilates by Kai, and I teach Pilates for women who want to feel more confident in their bodies again—whether they’re returning to movement, starting fresh, or simply looking for something that feels supportive and non-intimidating.
My classes are simple on purpose: effective movement, clear instruction, and a strong focus on form so you feel safe, supported, and confident in how you move. No pressure to be perfect—but no guesswork either. I’ll guide you through it.
Behind my teaching is extensive training through the internationally recognized STOTT PILATES® method—one of the most respected and in-depth Pilates education systems in the world. This foundation shapes everything I teach, with a strong emphasis on alignment, control, and intelligent movement. It also allows me to safely support prenatal and postnatal clients, as well as those returning to exercise after time away.
But honestly, I care most about creating a studio that feels welcoming and friendly. A community where you feel at home.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me chasing after my little kids, recipe testing or trying to squeeze in a workout of my own.
